1.Yellow side racks down curb side and rear of trailer. Rear rack shall have an opening ot access the rear of the trailer with a ladder. Ladder shall be removableand fit in stake pockets on the trailer. 2.Black mud flaps located behind rear axles. 3.Trailer is be equipped with Tie-Down & Sling provisions in accordance with MIL-STD-209 & MIL-STD-1366, all provisions are labeled accordingly. 4.Trailer conforms to MIL-STD-130 with identification plates showing specific UID markings. Plate includes contractor’s model number, registration number,trailer identification number, weight, date of mfg, & date of delivery. 5.Trailer is be equipped with instruction plates and diagrams describing procedures followed for operation, service, & lubrications affixed to the trailer usingscrews,bolts, rivets or military grade adhesive. 6.Trailer has a shipping plate with a silhouette showing the transport configuration, weight, center of gravity, location & capacity of the sling & tie-downprovisions. 7.Weld procedures & qualifications are in accordance with D1.1. 8.Manual with Operation, Maintenance Manual, Service Manual (Parts & Service Sections)
